Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Because our events are “leisure activities on a specific date”, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not automatically apply. We nevertheless allow full refunds up to 24 hours before the event start time.

2. How to request a refund

Log in to Eventbrite, locate your order, and select Request Refund. Eventbrite processes refunds to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. No-shows & emergencies

If you miss the event due to a genuine emergency, email team@idlecarclub.co.uk within 48 hours; refunds are considered case-by-case.

4. Event cancellation or reschedule by us

If we cancel, we will:

• Offer you a place at the rescheduled date or
• Provide a full refund via Eventbrite upon request.
