1. Introduction

By accessing idlecarclub.co.uk or purchasing or attending an Idle Car Club event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms. Entry to any Event venue, both of which are private premises, is conditional on compliance with these Terms.

2. Buying tickets

All tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Your contract is formed when Eventbrite emails your confirmation.
Ticket resale is permitted but entirely your responsibility. QR codes can be scanned only once.

3. Event attendance rules

To keep things legal and enjoyable you must not:

• Engage in street racing or reckless driving in or around the venue.
• Excessively rev engines or create nuisance noise outside venue hours.
• Consume alcohol or drugs on site.
• Ignore directions from event staff or venue security.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone breaching the rules.

4. Prohibited site conduct

No unlawful, harassing, defamatory or technologically harmful activity.

5. Intellectual property

All content on our website and promotional channels (including logos, text and photos) is owned by us unless stated. You may share our images for personal, non commercial use with credit. No commercial exploitation or use of our branding is permitted without written consent.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) £100 or (ii) the price you paid for your ticket.

7. Force majeure

Events may be postponed or modified due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather or government restrictions.

8. Photography and videography at Events

By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you object, please inform a staff member on arrival.

9. Commercial photography and use of images

Because all of our event venues are private premises, photography and videography are permitted only for personal use unless we have given written permission. You must not:

• Take photographs or footage for commercial purposes, including promoting another event, business or brand.
• Sell or otherwise commercially exploit photos or videos taken at an Event.
• Use any images captured at an Event to imply an association between your business or event and Idle Car Club.

We may revoke permission to photograph or film at any time and may refuse entry or eject anyone breaching this clause.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
