1. Introduction

By accessing idlecarclub.co.uk or purchasing/attending an Idle Car Club event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Buying tickets

• All tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Your contract is formed when Eventbrite emails your confirmation.
• Ticket resale is permitted but entirely your responsibility. QR codes can be scanned only once.
  

3. Event attendance rules

To keep things legal and enjoyable you must not:

1. Engage in street racing or reckless driving in or around the venue.
2. Excessively rev engines or create nuisance noise outside venue hours.
3. Consume alcohol or drugs on site.
4. Ignore directions from event staff or venue security.
5. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone breaching the rules.
   

4. Prohibited site conduct

No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or technologically harmful activity.

5. Intellectual property

All content (logos, text, photos) is ours unless stated. You may share images for personal, non-commercial use with credit.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) £100 or (ii) the price you paid for your ticket.

7. Force majeure

Events may be postponed or modified due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, etc.).

8. Photography & videography

By attending you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes. If you object, please inform a staff member on arrival.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
